Embodied Abundance Telecourse      Sept. 23 - Nov. 25th
A tele-conference course with Victoria Castle

The experience of abundance is determined by what goes on inside us far more than what goes on around us. This is not a course in conceptual or theoretical abundance, it's about embodiment: taking on a way of being that matches the state of wholeness and flow, which are the headwaters of abundance. Through weekly practices, participants learn how to live abundantly while making their most potent contribution.

In this tele-course, our time together will be spent examining those elements and installing practices that give you greater access to what you want to generate in your world.

Reading Victoria's book, The Trance of Scarcity, is helpful but not required. 

FORMAT
The course consists of 7 one-hour conference calls (all recorded so they can be listened to later) on Tuesdays at 8am Pacific Time on: Sept 23, Sept 30, Oct 7, Oct 21, Nov 4, Nov 11, and Nov 25, PLUS a 1/2 hour private coaching session with Victoria.

All calls are recorded so you can listen again or if you miss the live session. Each call will include a lesson, followed by an assignment for the next call. Part of the richness of the course is the opportunity to learn in the company of other committed individuals.

• Learn the core distinctions of expansion and contraction that determine all experiences of abundance
• Establish a new foundation for how you use your generative energy
• Identify and disempower your personal separation strategy
• Replace practices of scarcity with practices of abundance
• Build your capacity to experience joy, ease, pleasure, and inspiration
• Generate a state of greater effectiveness that requires far less effort

REQUIREMENTS OF THE COURSE

• Participate in 7 one-hour conference calls from September 23 through November 25 or listen to the recorded call within 24 hours
• Engage daily in assigned practices (approximately 20 minutes a day)
• Have regular conversations with a Learning Buddy as assigned
• Tolerate discomfort and disruption while radically upgrading your experience of flow and abundance
